Enquiries
When you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond and discuss your requested services. Enquiries are stored through our website hosting and database provider, Lovable Cloud. Please do not submit sensitive personal information. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we retain enquiry information only as needed for the enquiry, our business relationship and applicable legal obligations.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics to measure website visits and page activity, and Google Ads to see which ads lead to enquiries and support ad optimisation. Google receives device and browser information, page addresses without query strings, cookie identifiers and network information such as your IP address as part of receiving a request. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. This installation does not send enquiry content, names, email addresses or phone numbers to Google.
Google Ads records a conversion after a successful contact form submission or a click on a WhatsApp link. A WhatsApp click does not confirm that a message was sent. We assign measurement values of £75 to form submissions and £50 to WhatsApp clicks; these are not purchases or actual revenue. Advertising personalisation, Google signals and customer matching are not enabled.
Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits, typically for up to two years subject to browser and Google settings. Google Ads may set _gcl_au and _gcl_aw cookies to connect ad clicks with conversions, typically for up to 90 days. Google may process data outside the UK; see Google’s privacy policy for its processing and safeguards.
Your choices
In the UK, EEA, Switzerland and when your location cannot be determined, Google measurement is blocked until you accept analytics and ads. Elsewhere it is enabled by default unless you have rejected it or your browser communicates an applicable opt-out. Ad personalisation stays denied in every region.
We store your visitor reference, region, analytics and advertising choices, date and the notice shown in your browser’s local storage. A later withdrawal preserves the earlier choice record and blocks further measurement, including in other open tabs. Opening settings does not change your choice. Rejected events are not sent later if you accept. Clearing browser storage removes this local record and may prompt you again.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
